Every match starts off with a personal meeting. Not only with the candidate, but also with you as an employer! We would like to get to know your company, your main values, your people and culture. In this way we will be able to precisely estimate which candidate would be a good match for your company.
If you are not satisfied with our candidates and you will stop the assigment within the trial period, we will not charge the worked hours. Our recruitmentprocedure is also on a "no cure no pay" base, we only charge the working hours when the candidate starts. So you will only pay for succesfull staffing.
Do you have a vacancy for a laboratory worker, analyst, R&D engineer or any related position? Then we will start a search through our existing database and our recruitment channels. Nationally, but also internationally. After interviewing possibly suitable candidates, we will introduce them to you with their CV and accompanying letters.
When you have made a choice from our selection, we will a arrange a personal meeting foryou and the candidate. If the candidate (still) lives outside the country, then this will be through Skype Video Conference. If both of you are willing to proceed, we will start the posting procedure. Then the candidate will be able to start whenever is preferred. When you have chosen a candidate from a foreign country, we will also arrange any requirements concerning integration.
After a certain period, you will be able to hire the employee yourself. We would have to discuss terms and conditions for hiring personnel and possible take-over in a personal conversation.
