ScientiQ Staffing is NEN4400 certified since September 2010. Staffing agencies and (sub) contractors with this certification are proven to have their administration in order, that they pay the correct taxes and social insurance in time and that their employees are entitled to work in The Netherlands.

Based on the Chain-law and Recipient Liability clients of staffing agencies that not follow the law will be liable for failure to pay taxes and social insurance contributions and they risk heavy fines for working with people who are not authorized to work in the Netherlands. By only working with companies that are NEN4400 certified clients limit their risk. Furthermore, it demonstrates the importance that your company is a decent and fair employer.
