Our procedure
Have you seen a job on this site that you like? Or are you curious to know what ScientiQ Staffing can do for you? Send us, completely free of obligations, your (open) application form and CV! If the information you send contains enough matching points, we will invite you for a personal meeting with one of our counsellors. If you are not currently living in the Netherlands, we can arrange a meeting through Skype Video Conference.
From intake to employer
During the intake we will discuss your wishes, skills and background as thoroughly as possible. On our part we will tell you about our organisation, our approach and possibilities. Naturally, the employer and any current vacancies will also be discussed. If the meeting goes well, we will go on with the rest of the procedure, a reference check and filling in a personal file. This file will be used to introduce you to one of our clients.
From client to contract
Once we have found a client who matches your profile and personal wishes, we arrange a meeting, so you can get to know each other. This can be in person or through Skype Video Conference. Topics that will be discussed are company activities, your background and ambitions, the expectations of the company, your expectations of working and living in the Netherlands and of course the job itself. If everything goes according to plan, then we will discuss and sign the contract.
ScientiQ Academy
Every six months of your employment at ScientiQ, you can choose a course from the actual programm of our "ScientiQ Academy". These courses are an extra opportunity to develop yourself during the staffing period. If you need to improve your Dutch, this is the first course you will attend. The ScientiQ Academy has its own Dutch teachers and the classes are given at our office.
After the agreement
During the posting period you will be guided by your 'own' counsellor. This guidance will contain, for instance, personal support, evaluations with the employer and identifying training and educational possibilities. Your counsellor will also support you when it comes to living and working in your new home country: the Netherlands.

Together with Ibizz and Clickr, we have worked hard the recent months to build and develop our new website. And with success, the website is online since today! We hope that it will improve the way to inform our clients and candidates, and that it makes the search for a job or the right employee even easier.
Most notable change to our website is the login section for employees and employers. ScientiQ employees can now register their worked hours, check and print their payslips and check their data details online. Our clients can now approve the worked hours online, view and print invoices, check their open vacancies and registered data.
